Summary

We developed an app that allows local governments to automatically measure the impact of it’s policies based on present tweets. The system uses Machine Learning, Topic Clustering and Data Mining to detect which problems should be addressed, where are this problems occurring and what’s the general level of satisfaction towards the policy used to address those problems.
