What is it concretely.
In the concern to pursue and realize the exploration of the digital world and their confrontation with African contexts, a project named HubCité was initiated. And one of the aspects of this project is the process "RepLab" is an installation of small neighborhood called FabLab African workshops, following the specifications #LowHighTech, allowing the population to be able to meet and work together, but also consider the city of tomorrow. The first workshop gave birth to WoeLab which in turn WoeLab premium and so on. So in our SmartCity tomorrow with the process of RepLab each district will be equipped with at least a FabLab. And the creation of these areas involves the installation startup in the image of WoeLab.So how do all these spaces interact and startup and all users of the district
